Garden In A Tea Cup
Recently I have been having a lot of fun finding old pieces of
porcelain such as tea cups, tea pots, sugar bowls, mugs, etc.,
drilling a hole in the bottom for drainage and incorporating them into a mosaic piece. They not only become a functional planter but, when framed, make a great gift which can be personalized with names
and dates. Sometimes I just drill the drainage hole and epoxy
three or more interesting pieces together for an even quicker gift!
Try it yourself. Drain holes aren't always necessary.
